Each year, Army ROTC (Official Page) cadets nationwide attend Fort Knox training before commissioning as an Army Officer. Magellan Federal provides Master Resilience Trainer-Performance Experts (MRT-PEs) who assist cadets in developing effective thinking styles to optimize their performance under high-stress conditions. Maegan Hoffman, MRT-PE, and Shannon Kelley, Magellan Federal Chief Growth Officer, discussed the importance of mental performance during the Leader Reaction Course. Over approximately nine weeks, Magellan Federal MRT-PEs supported more than 6,000 Cadets as part of this training initiative. The Cadets learned mental skills that directly improved their ability to perform under highly stressful conditions in areas such as weapons training, land navigation, and others. All Cadets are now better equipped to leverage productive thinking skills to optimize performance during Cadet Summer Training and in their future role as Army leaders!
