At the start of summer, we dreamed of Tarpon fishing while at work. All summer, we worked with our tools and dreamed of the biggest Tarpon. At the end of summer, #KingRipple the Tarpon awarded our hard work with tools! More pics coming soon from MCS's End of Summer party, but this one was too good to pass up. Join us while we venture on our way to becoming one of #TampaBay's #Bestplacestowork Shout out Ashley Morris from the #Yankees for all of your hard work!

This morning, we want to take a moment to share some of our positive experiences with our new COO of Electrical, Michael Wells. Since Mike joined MCS several weeks ago, we have seen a concerted effort to participate and be a part of our Preconstruction efforts surrounding Electrical work. Mike has been quick to offer up his expertise in certain bidding scenarios and has urged us to consider variables we hadn’t likely thought of in the past. Mike brings a wealth of knowledge to MCS, including innovative strategies and best practices that have enhanced our estimating process. We are very excited to have Mike aboard and look forward to seeing the positive impact his insights and expertise will bring to MCS. Welcome to the team, Mike! #Leadership #Appreciation #ConstructionIndustry #ElectricalWork

🎉 Employee Spotlight: Miranda Juerke 🎉 At MCS of Tampa, we are incredibly fortunate to have team members who go above and beyond every single day. Today, we want to shine a spotlight on someone who embodies dedication, ownership, and genuine care for our MCS family – Miranda Juerke. As our Employee Relations Specialist, Miranda’s impact spans across every corner of our company. From seamless onboarding processes to organizing memorable events and even cooking breakfast for the entire office, Miranda’s commitment and love for her work are unparalleled. She takes on her responsibilities with a level of ownership that inspires all of us. Her efforts not only make our workplace run smoothly but also create a warm and welcoming environment that feels like home. So much like home that when she uses her "mom voice" - EVERYONE turns around! Though she may shy away from the spotlight, we couldn't let her incredible contributions go unrecognized. Miranda, your hard work, kindness, and generosity are deeply appreciated. Thank you for everything you do – you truly make MCS of Tampa a better place for all of us! 🚨 Project Update: Bay Pines Kitchen Remodel 🚨 Last week, Alex led an 11-hour overnight outage on the critical-power bus of the ESS system at Bay Pines' government medical center with zero incidents. Historically, the VA maintained a large on-site presence for such activities to prevent any potential impact on patients. For this outage, only one VA employee was present, highlighting the increased confidence the VA has in MCS. David Clark , jr. confirmed that the VA’s trust in MCS has grown significantly. Alex's outstanding work has positively impacted both our customer, ECRM, and the VA, as seen by the recent architect’s punch list with ZERO electrical items. Alexis De La Rosa, excellent job. Thank you for your continued hard work. Let’s finish strong! #TeamSuccess #CustomerConfidence #ProjectManagement #VA #BayPines

Braving the Heat: Thank You to Our Field Workers ☀️ As the Summer Kick-off week progressed, our appreciation for our field workers only grew. On Day 4, we continued our visits with more breakfasts from Chick-fil-A. The effort and dedication of our team members, especially under the intense Florida heat, are truly commendable. No photos of the workers today, they were camera-shy... so instead here's a selfie from our People Operations Team! We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with our field workers, listen to their feedback, and share moments of gratitude. Your hard work is dually noted! #ThankYou #FieldWorkers #ChickfilA #SummerKickOff #Gratitude
