This month, we’re celebrating a momentous Mist-iversary: April marks the fifth anniversary since Juniper Networks acquisition of Mist Systems , and what a journey it’s been.   It all started at Bob Friday kitchen table when we saw an opportunity for taking a “clean sheet of paper” to rethink how #wireless networking was approached, and in 2014, we founded Mist. Our AI for IT® approach quickly morphed into what the industry refers to today as AI for IT Operations (#AIOps). Fast forward to 2019, and we joined forces with Juniper to plot a better path for #networking, where together we continue to lead the market and push the envelope of #innovation, most recently via the launch of our AI-Native Networking Platform.   These innovations have led to incredible benefits for our customers, including: • Up to 90% fewer network trouble tickets • Up to 85% fewer truck rolls • Up to 9x faster deployments   It’s hard to express how proud I am of what we’ve accomplished, and I can’t thank our Mist Systems Juniper Networks teams enough for their incredible ideas, unwavering commitment to networking transformation, and relentless hard work. Pleased to have met with ministers from the Indian state of Karnataka, home to Juniper Networks’ India Excellence Centre in Bengaluru. We had a lively discussion about Juniper's critical R&D there, our solar farm, and Karnataka's drive to enhance workforce skilling and job creation. It was also an honor to host the delegation from Invest Karnataka at Juniper Networks and talk about how we can continue to collaborate further in areas such as wireless, AI and Cloud.
