It’s always a treat when we get to take a break from our busy day-to-day and spend time with young adults as they look ahead and prepare for their futures. Yesterday, Modern Executive Solutions supported PENCIL Career Explorers business cohort students by preparing them for their capstone project presentations with activities like mock interviews and public speaking coaching. The team also introduced students to the functions of an Executive Search and Talent Advisory firm, discussing talent strategy, organizational design, and various industry roles.
