MPW hosted a "Walking Challenge" this year, encouraging employees to be more active and get their steps in. James "Jason" Garvin, MPW's 2024 Walking Challenge winner with an impressive 165,412 steps! His health journey began with a DOT physical wake-up call, leading to cutting sugar, daily walks, and shedding 90 pounds since October.
