I am looking to hire an exceptional Assistant/right-hand person for a full-time role at Navier's Bay Area HQ in Alameda, CA to help 10X me! This position requires someone who is super organized, quick in execution, self-reliant, and capable of working with minimal guidance. Experience working with hardcore founders and in fast-paced environments (e.g. hardware/production is a bonus) is essential. You will work closely with me, managing various aspects of my day-to-day life, including travel, meetings, communications, scheduling, and more. Flexibility to travel and work outside regular hours is required. At Navier, we are revolutionizing the future of waterborne transportation starting with all electric foiling boats. When it comes to the carbon fiber foil assemblies, we perform a range of tests to ensure quality and structural integrity. Here, we are conducting Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) of the struts to check for any internal defects and ensure they meet all quality requirements.
