Over the past two days, NCAA employees came together to take part in the Indiana Sports Corp Corporate Challenge at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway! 💪

Thrilled to share that the NCAA People of Color Employee Engagement Group has recognized two outstanding leaders in our community! 🎉 Congratulations to our Director of Inclusion, Niya Blair Hackworth, Ed.D, for being named the People's Champ, and to our Director of Inclusion, Gretchen Miron, for earning the title of Ally of the Year! These awards celebrate their exceptional service to our group and their dedication to fostering unity and meaningful relationships across the NCAA!

We teamed up with College Sports Communicators for the 5th year in a row to support diversity in sports communications! Six NCAA Members visited the office and received mentorship as part of the NCAA Inclusion Grant Program!
