Welcome to the Lewis Park Playground, the first all-inclusive ADA playground in Manatee County! When Jennifer Crofoot and her son moved back to Bradenton, they discovered there were no inclusive ADA playgrounds in the area for Easton and his cousin to enjoy. We're proud to have supported the creation of the inclusive Lewis Park Playground, along with several local Rotary Clubs, to bring this wonderful resource to our community!

Southwest Florida, USA 🛫 Machu Picchu, Peru Neal Signature Homes’ Construction Manager, Jimi Dufraine, took his Neal Communities backpack on an adventurous trip up to Machu Picchu from Aguas Calientes. We're incredibly fortunate to have dedicated team members who carry their pride in Neal Communities with them wherever they go—even to mountaintops abroad!

We are currently in the process of fully renovating Boca Royale Golf & Country Club, along with improvements being made on the golf course itself. In March, we had the opportunity to celebrate some of these updates with members, residents and guests! Much of the work is completed on the clubhouse update, including the front lobby, restrooms and Palm Court, a vaulted-ceiling reception room suitable for weddings, brunches and cocktail events.
