As the Founder and CEO Emeritus, I am continuing to work with committed professionals who serve as the Governing Board. My current goal is that Nia expands its capacity to support the former DCS youth who are transitioning into adulthood. They need Family Model Residential Supports. It's a win-win for the young adults who still require assistance and caring, structured Adults who will offer a private bedroom in their homes. Nia will facilitate Vocational Rehab, Job training and Employment in the Community First (ECF) initiatives throughout Middle TN.
