Aditya earned his graduate degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. His concentration is in transportation planning and regional economic development. He will be utilizing his skills in GIS, R, Cube, and Adobe Creative Cloud on a variety of projects for TxDOT and other clients. Aditya enjoys reading, playing pool, and exploring new places. FHWA Administrator Shailen Bhatt has announced the release of the 11th Edition of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. The updates to the MUTCD will help create a safe and predictable environment on the roadways for people who bike, walk, roll, and drive. In keeping with FHWA’s top priority of safety, the new edition follows the Safe System Approach in the National Roadway Safety Strategy—which addresses multiple aspects of reducing crash risks--including safer road users and safer roads.
