It is my pleasure to share that NPAG is partnering with YW Boston as they embark on a search for a new President & Chief Executive Officer. Founded in 1866, YW Boston is the oldest YWCA in the country. Nearly 160 years later, YW Boston is at the vanguard of thought leadership on issues at the intersection of race and gender, working to eliminate racism, empower women and promote peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all in Greater Boston and beyond. We are in an era of extraordinary social polarization, and we are contending with significant efforts to undermine and roll-back hard-won gains to advance gender and racial equity. The stakes are arguably higher than they have been in decades. The next President & CEO will take the reins of a dynamic, evolving organization at an important inflection point, in a time of both challenge and opportunity for YW Boston and the communities it serves. I have been a deep admirer and supporter of YW Boston since I arrived in Boston in 2020. This is an organization doing great and essential work at a critical moment, and this is an exceptional opportunity for the right person. I invite you to learn more at https://lnkd.in/g5Ytn8bW, and to reach out to me if you have any questions.
