The strategic investment is a positive endorsement of the turnaround that is underway at Flagstar. We’re pleased to announce that Sandro DiNello, previously president and CEO of Flagstar Bancorp and currently non-executive chairman of the board of New York Community Bancorp, will take on the new role of executive chairman of the company. In this role, he will be part of the daily operations of the bank and work alongside President and CEO Thomas R.
