Please join us in welcoming Carter Melendez, DMD, to the team at our partner practice Kentucky Center for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery! Dr. Melendez is a Kentucky native and received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Louisville. He then attended the prestigious University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, and completed his residency at Carle Health, an Illinois level one trauma center. Dr. Melendez and his wife are happy to return home to Lexington, Kentucky where he will be practicing.
