Join us to support and inspire the next generation of professionals at the One8 Applied Learning Hub’s Student Showcase! This is an opportunity for 1,000 students from across Massachusetts (grades 5-12) to share their STEM and applied learning projects with industry professionals like you. Volunteers engage with student teams, offer suggestions, and show how their projects connect with the work professionals do every day. A giant THANK YOU to all of the industry volunteers who shared their experience an expertise with STEM students in Massachusetts as part of Student Industry Connects! Volunteers supported over 1,600 students from 51 schools. Their thoughtful, constructive feedback on students STEM and applied learning projects helped students make their future projects better and connect classroom learning with “real world” opportunities. Here's what one student had to say: “Thank you all for the amazing feedback…I greatly appreciate all the nice words coming from all of you, actual engineers. All this feedback has allowed me to see my project from a different perspective and you all gave me new ideas for future projects.” A special shout-out and thank-you to our industry partners Liberty Mutual Insurance, Sanofi, BAE Systems, Inc., Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Medtronic, Verizon, Invaio.
