This home is tucked into the neighbourhood of Bonfim, Porto. Inside you will find a record library, cowork cafe, lush gardens and a rooftop pool. 3 lessons I’ve learned from fellow remote workers while co-living with Outsite: 1. *JUST DO IT* If something’s been on your mind for a while: → set a goal → plan the steps you need to take → and just do it. You don’t want to look back and regret never taking action. 2. *Work/life balance fluctuates* It’s not always a 50/50 split every day. Somedays may be, while the others may be 70work/30life and vice versa. 3. *No job is 100% perfect* Things in work ebb and flow, even if you love what you do. Leveraging and making the most of our work is a goal to work toward. ----- I’ve been traveling and working remotely at Outsite locations for about 2 years now. Last month, I had the fantastic opportunity to cross Lisbon, Portugal off my bucket list. The city captivated me with its vividly colorful buildings, stylish cafes, restaurants, and unique boutiques. The food was amazing (honestly I still think about having a pastel de nata every day), the locals were friendly, and the sunny spring weather made it a delight to explore Lisbon's walkable streets. I spent two weeks there, working remotely, which was made very easy by staying at an Outsite location (going to make a video on Outsite soon detailing what a great resource this is people looking to stay productive while traveling while also making friends). The point of this post is to hopefully inspire someone who has the ability to travel while working remotely to finally book that trip they’ve been thinking about - because honestly, it is almost certainly lot easier to do than you probably think. Overall, Lisbon is an excellent destination for anyone wanting to experience the European lifestyle at a relatively affordable price point.

Le mois dernier je travaillais depuis mon coliving à Los Angeles. Depuis on m'a posé des dizaines de questions sur ce concept :) Pour résumer ce nouveau type d'habitat est à mi-chemin entre : 1. Le confort d'un Airbnb premium 2. L'énergie d'un coworking rempli d'esprits tournés vers le futur 3. La convivialité d'une auberge de jeunesse Age moyen : 30-40 ans (mais j'ai rencontré des personnes de 20 à 50 ans) Tarif moyen : 60-100€ la nuit (selon le lieu et la durée car on peut en trouver au mois pour 600 à 1200€) 👉🏼 Pour illustrer tout ça en 1 min chrono je vous partage cette super vidéo du nouveau coliving de la team Outsite au Portugal.
