Meet Samuel Thornton, one of our skilled electricians in Columbus, OH! Samuel is a vital part of our team, working hand-in-hand with service techs on high voltage projects and collaborating with the construction department to run conduit and wire on new builds. His expertise and dedication ensure that our projects are always executed with the utmost precision and safety. Samuel is passionate about the growth potential at OWL Services and truly values the strong sense of community we've built. "We all have each other's best interests in mind and always encourage each other to be our best selves," he says. Samuel grew up with insights into the petroleum industry from his father, Timothy Thornton, who taught him the importance of a strong work ethic. This upbringing has deeply influenced Samuel's professional journey. Outside of work, Samuel loves to spar at MMA gyms and explore new destinations through travel. His adventurous spirit and commitment to excellence make him a standout member of our team. We're proud to have Samuel Thornton as part of the OWL Services family. His dedication and positive attitude inspire us all!

Meet Ashley Kellum, fleet coordinator, from Alexander City, AL! In her role she schedules contract drivers to deliver new hire vans, collaborates with the Safety team to ensure our techs are safe on the roads using Samsara, a fleet tracking and driver safety coaching program, files accident claims, and ensures vans are serviced properly for re-issuance. She joined OWL through our legacy company, CBE, where it originally sparked her interest in the industry. She loves being part of new program implementations and seeing the process come together. Working with supportive coworkers also makes her job rewarding. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys creative hobbies such as designing announcement slides, sermon slides, and videos for her church. She's passionate about videography and excited about future projects. She and her husband have a shih-tzu named Turbo, a lively dog who adores her husband but turns to her when sick or scared. We're lucky to have you, Ashley, and look forward to many more years of success and growth ahead!

🌟This week, we're shining a spotlight on Zaria Rambo, our exceptional field service technician in Denver, CO! 🌟 Zaria is the frontline support for convenience stores, handling their security and networking needs. She responds to urgent service calls and manages projects to install or upgrade equipment at new sites. Zaria loves troubleshooting and working hands-on with networking, security, and point of sale equipment. She enjoys learning about the industry and being part of a system that operates nationwide and globally. Her favorite part of the job is seeing the positive impact of her work on clients and their customers, such as getting store cameras running for enhanced security. Outside of work, Zaria explores Denver's restaurants, plays video games, reads manga, rollerblades, and spends time with friends. She also runs a subreddit for LGBTQ individuals in Salt Lake City and advocates for transgender rights as a transgender woman herself.
