Yesterday evening, representatives from NCWorks Kerr Tar Workforce Development Board, and I from Franklin County Team Economic Development visited Palziv N.A. for a site visit. Mrs. Helen Williams, HR Generalist, provided us with a tour of their facility, walking us through operations and sharing valuable insights on their employee retention strategies, which involve creating a fun and creative work environment along with effective hiring procedures. We are thrilled to announce that come October 15th, Palziv will be celebrating Palziv North America's 50th Anniversary.
