    Destruction of the Norm of the way for the prior30+ years is imminent . . . The house of cards IS falling. That was a a GREAT RUN which made a LOT of Money for a LOT of years for a lot of people. . . The Real Estate Cartels enjoyed skimming the excess and enjoyed BIG returns. The National Association of REALTORS defended these ways, and . . . . now . . . The Sharks are circling, but the final BLOW was the people who cried FOUL with bad words like "collusion" . . . Price fixing - and a lot more . . . words that Attorneys conjured . . . all while they helped themselves to a great, BIG slice of that MONEY. That pile of money is still shrinking It's a Rich to RAGS fairy tale . . . and it's not even CLOSE to the ending. Lots of "professionals" are lamenting the money they are "LOSING" Money that was never their money in the first place. The crazy thing is that the DOJ ruling doesn't go into effect until Mid August What's NEXT?

    I'm imagining a world where, when we want to move into a different abode, we can do so with a process which provides for ALL of the minutia to happen effortlessly for the Client . "The HOME TEAM" arrives and swings into ACTION on the morning of the first day beginning with an "Opening Meeting" during which ALL "stakeholders" convene and identify any and all Issues & opportunities relating to this "quality of life transition ". Within 1 hour of the arrival of the TEAM, all participants will be ready to swing into ACTION. The work necessary to be accomplished will be identified clearly on Bulletin boards in a room labeled "The Marketplace" The remainder of the Planning sessions will be "going to the work" of coordinating all of the details. The pricing of this "way" is Very affordable and priced not on the the value of the real property but on the Real value of our required scope of work based on the $ of the Fair Human cost. #OpenSpaceTechnologyRealestate Of course . . .
