Partners Capital announced it acquired Monterey Tech Center, a 74,335-sq.-ft. office/flex property on 5.59 acres of land in Austin Texas, located at 4407 Monterey Oaks Boulevard at the southwest intersection of Highway 290 and MoPac Expressway. The property is currently 16.14% occupied and is the third property to be acquired through Partners Capital’s Opportunity Fund V. “Monterey Tech Center is an outstanding asset that we identified off-market two years ago through a cold call,” said Adam Hawkins, Partner – Opportunity Funds. “It’s one of the few properties with industrial zoning in the Barton Creek Watershed, an area with strict development restrictions due to the aquifer.
