Meet Jordan, Executive Sous Chef at Pastis NYC✨ Jordan is from San Antonio Texas and started cooking when she was 17. She learned a lot from her local hometown chefs who took her under their wings, and she quickly fell in love with the industry. She moved to Miami and worked at the Fountainebleau for two years before joining the opening team at Pastis Miami. When Jordan learned that Pastis NYC was looking for an Executive Sous Chef, she stepped up to the plate and made the move north. She is excited to be in NYC and loves working with her talented team here.
