During her time there, she was asked to assist in the opening of the original Pastis. Following the opening, she returned to The Odeon, where she went on to become Maître d'. Invoking the spirit of the original, the design features an iconic curved zinc bar, white subway tiles, and vintage mirrors showcased throughout the space.
