Pathways to Community (PTC) is a human services provider offering family and residential services to youth and adults with developmental disabilities through Supported Living Services Group Homes, Apartment Living Programs, and Family Services Programs. Our servant-leadership culture was created out of the belief that our employee’s success leads to higher quality of care for our individuals. Congrats to our October Hero of The Month, Samsam Yusuf! Samsam joined the Crisis team this summer as one of the first hires for a brand-new site. While waiting for opening day, Samsam was able to assist at other homes in our program -building a reputation for being reliable, friendly, and motivated to learn. She was integral in getting that new site up & running and continues to drive the positive culture that exists there now, over a month later.
