March is international Women’s Month! Last week, 3 women engineers from our Mentor operation attended Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day at the University of Toledo which provides middle school aged girls the opportunity to work with women in the STEM career fields while also completing a variety of hands-on activities. We are honored to have taken part in a program that shows what the career path for women in STEM careers can look like!

On Friday, March 8th, our sites in Mentor and Painesville Ohio honored International Women’s Day by creating a permanent piece of art for the plant with the DEI committee’s handprints and hearts painted by the female employees at each facility. We are proud to have so many hardworking women within PCC and happy we are able to celebrate them on International Women’s Day and every day. #IWD2024

March 1st is National Employee Appreciation Day. PCC Airfoils’ locations in Mentor and Painesville showed appreciation for their employees by providing everyone with custom Hawaiian shirts. Employees from the Painesville location are pictured with their new gear.
