Penny Lane is looking for individuals who want to be a part of something more, individuals who are committed to social justice, community development, diversity, and better mental health. We’re Penny Lane Centers. Our dedicated staff works with clients, professionals, community partners and government agencies to transform the lives of thousands of children, youth and families each year. We offer a continuum of programs in a variety of locations throughout Los Angeles County. We choose to lead with a heart centered culture, to be innovative and to be open as this is at the core of who we are. We believe that a group of passionate and dedicated individuals can truly make the world a better place. What began as a group home for a handful of adolescent girls has grown into a multi-service organization that serves 6000 children, youth and families and employs over 650 full time social service providers and support staff. Penny Lane’s headquarters is located in North Hollywood and has additional offices in North Hills, Commerce, and Lancaster. We provide Transitional/Affordable Housing, Mental Health Services, Intensive Services, Foster Care and Adoption Services, Family Preservation, Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Drop-In Center, Training Academy, Partnerships For Families, and Relative Support Services. Penny Lane is continually striving to develop exciting new programs and to improve existing ones. We encourage you to reach out to us and find out if you are meant to be a part of the Penny Lane team. Penny Lane is committed to investing in you and to provide opportunities for you to grow as both a professional and a person.
