Pepper Pike Capital Partners is committed to transforming and modernizing this community with a visionary approach. Just 35 days into our extensive renovation project, we've not only sprayed 73 of the 90 buildings, we have trimmed 69 of the buildings, and all buildings have been fully prepped and repaired. We've enhanced the fences with SuperDeck stain and fortified the buildings with a full coat of Loxon conditioner, topped with SuperPaint. Additionally, we've performed a comprehensive roof tune-up on each building, ensuring durability and safety for years to come. In total so far, we've used approx 16,200 gallons of Sherwin-Williams Loxon Conditioner, SuperPaint and Super Deck. Our relentless team of 40 people on this project has been operating seven commercial sprayers six days a week to make this transformation possible. This project showcases our capability to handle massive undertakings with precision. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is a consultant, semi-retired or looking to get back into the workforce. Responsibilities: Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Record all financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making. Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of budgets. Monitor spending and identify opportunities for cost optimization. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations. Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience as a Personal Accountant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
