Recently, our office had the pleasure of touring an impressive Perspectus-designed project—the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine LECOM Health Millcreek Community Hospital in Erie, Pennsylvania. Led by Principal Ray Minotas, AIA, ACHA, and Senior Project Director John Walkosak, AIA, we explored the expanded Emergency Services and relocated Critical Care and Medical/Surgical Patient Care Units. This project is focused on creating a patient-centered environment that also enhances efficiency for the hospital’s nursing staff and physicians. We are thrilled with the progress!

It was a privilege to be apart of the team that worked to reimagine cancer care at Cleveland Clinic’s Lozick Cancer Pavilion. We were able to open the expansion and renovation earlier this spring. Much appreciation to our partners at Perspectus Architecture Buro Happold and Turner Construction Company.

Shook recently completed the construction of the 4th Floor Postpartum Ward at the St. John Medical Center in Westlake, Ohio. The newly renovated ward includes 15 patient rooms for postpartum care as well as four Neonatal Intensive Care suites. Operations have now moved down to the 2nd Floor Labor and Delivery ward, where we are currently in the demolition phase and are soon to begin framing! #MedicalCenter #Construction #Healthcare
