    When patients provide information about their sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI), clinicians can provide better-informed care. But #LGBTQ patients are not always comfortable sharing these details with healthcare providers and staff due to fear of discrimination or mistreatment. To help ease patient discomfort in disclosing personal information, the CARE Center partnered with Phreesia to digitally collect important data directly from patients.
