In her career, Emilee spent time as an HR Business Partner delivering talent strategies and programs to enable Salesforce’s rapid and changing business contexts. She was also tapped to build the HR Shared Services strategy and organization over a multi-year period resulting in improved operational efficiencies, employee experiences, and decreased cost-to-serve. She’s known to be a transformational leader and change agent who leverages deep listening, collaboration, and problem solving to deliver results. Emilee lives in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains outside of Seattle, WA with her husband, Wes, and their three children: Noah, Hannah, and Micah.
