On this International Day of Charity, we are excited to spotlight our recent efforts of giving back to the communities we serve. Throughout the month of July, our Plexus Young Professionals Employee Resource Group led a month long "Volunteer-A-Thon" initiative focused on giving back to our local communities. Through their collective efforts, Plexus team members were able to log almost 400 volunteer hours at various non-profit organizations! Whether it's through donating time, resources or simply encouraging others to get involved, we are proud to stand alongside our community partners, united in the pursuit of positive change. #InternationalDayofCharity

Members of our Kelso team enjoyed their evening at the Scottish Borders Business Excellence Awards (SBBEA) last week. They were shortlisted for Business of the Year - 51+ employees and highly commended for a Developing the Young Workforce Champion Business Award. We were also delighted to present the Excellence in Manufacturing Award to Love Scottish. Congratulations to all of the winners!

Our Women in Network (WiN) Employee Resource Group (ERG) Fox Cities Chapter recently hosted a networking walk with Plexus leaders. Participants enjoyed the beautiful Wisconsin weather while engaging with leaders in conversations that extended beyond the workplace.
