This position is eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus as well as all regular Polk County benefits. Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years’ experience of progressive job responsibilities working at a landfill and seven years of direct, first-class experience in constructing landfill cells and slopes utilizing a landfill compactor and/or landfill dozer. The pay for the position ranges from $23.71 to $34.38 per hour.
