Wage Equity is Law in MA! Governor Maura Healey signed the Frances Perkins Workplace Equity Act into law on August 6, 2024! This landmark legislation mandates salary transparency to help close racial and gender pay gaps in Massachusetts. Starting in 2025, MA employers will be required to: ✅ Provide salary ranges in job postings. ✅ Share EEOC data to track and address pay disparities by gender and race.
