We are thrilled to report a strong finish to the 2024 fiscal year, with exceptional results as well as several exciting announcements about the future of Premier. On Monday, we announced that Premier has been selected as AllSpire Health Partners' national GPO to support its more than $3.5 billion in annual GPO purchasing volume. And today, we announced the retirement of our Chief Administrative and Financial Officer, Craig McKasson, after 27 years of service to the company and that Glenn Coleman has been unanimously appointed by Premier’s Board of Directors as his successor. We are proud to announce that Premier has been selected by AllSpire Health GPO, LLC (AllSpire), a regional group purchasing organization (GPO), as its primary national GPO and to support AllSpire’s more than $3.5 billion in annual GPO purchasing volume. Under terms of the agreement, AllSpire Health GPO members that comprise 54 acute care hospitals with more than 12,200 licensed acute beds will be Premier GPO members and fully utilize Premier’s national contract portfolio.
