PW editors were struck by the scale of retort and #packaging operations at Westrock Coffee Company, a private label manufacturer and packager of RTD coffee drinks for some truly iconic brands. A 124-head KHS Group rotary volumetric can filler hits speeds up to 1600 cans/min, feeding no fewer than 11 full-immersion rotary retorts by Allpax, a ProMach company. Also on the packaging line are equipment contributions from Descon Conveyor Systems, A Pacteon Company, T-TEK - A Duravant Company, Alliance Industrial Corporation, Videojet Technologies, Entech Fabrications, Ferrum, Teledyne TapTone, FILTEC Ltd, Sleeve Seal, KEYENCE CORPORATION, Wulftec International Inc., and ID Technology.
