Today we recognize #RainbowBabyDay and the strength and courage of parents who welcomed a baby after experiencing a loss. Amanda Lesesne, our VP of Sales, knows this journey intimately. "I am beyond grateful for our miracle rainbow baby and conscientious of those still struggling and who haven’t met their rainbow baby just yet. My hope for those not there yet is that they can see other rainbow babies as a little ray of light in the storm. And a reminder that having support and resources from employers to weather that storm can make all the difference in the world." It's important for employers and managers to remember that the #FamilyBuilding journey can be a long and winding road for employees, and there are ways to lend a hand.
