    Human Resources Leader

    A shoutout is in order 📢 The RBI Corporation Leadership team was in need of a Controller. We had just learned our previous Controller was moving on and we needed to act fast. This position is pivotal to our daily operation. It was decided we needed to get help - that's where ProspectBlue came in! I had a previous connection with Regina Gustke and sent her a message. We connected quickly, talked about details, budget, and overall role details. Within 4 business days, we were presented with a temporary finance professional to support us in the interim while we searched for a permanent Controller. Just 4 days after, we had our new temp coming into the office and started working with the team. Only 6 days following our temp placement, we had 3 highly qualified candidates to review. We were quick in setting interviews. Within 5 days, FIVE DAYS, we extended an offer and the candidate accepted. The position was only vacant for 7 business days. From the initial outreach to Regina to our new Controller's first day, the process was 24 business days. 🤗 We have had this role open previously and it took 6 months to fill. By using professional resources in offering us quality candidates within 2 weeks AND being able to make an offer at the same time, this has been one of the best recruiting experiences I have ever used. Whether you are the hiring manager for your company having challenges placing key roles or you are someone who is looking to find your next great career move - I cannot recommend Prospect Blue enough! Yes there is a cost associated to their services, though if it took 6 months to fill this role previously, then you are spending way more than their fees. 10/10 would recommend!
