Pregnancy Support Center of Southside VA

The Pregnancy Support Center has been dedicated to helping pregnant and parenting women/teens, men and their children in the Southside Virginia area since we opened our doors in 1984. Since inception, we have assisted over 8000 clients. We are a non-profit organization, and all our services are free and confidential. Our main office is in Farmville and we serve Amelia, Appomattox, Buckingham, Charlotte, Cumberland, Lunenburg, Nottoway, and Prince Edward Counties. We have 2 satellite offices in Dillwyn and Appomattox, with more to come. The need for our services is great, and our funding is almost entirely provided by the generosity of churches, individuals, and organizations. We offer pregnancy testing, prenatal and parenting classes, baby supplies and so much more. Our goal is to provide information, compassion and hope to those facing pregnancy decisions and in need of parenting classes. We do this through one-on-one support for each client and incentive-based classes. Our education program is impacting the communities we serve.
