The deadline for the 2024 #PennsylvaniaLGBTQ Needs Assessment Survey has been extended to September 15! Anyone 13 or older who lives in PA and identifies as LGBTQ+ can take this chance to be part of the state’s largest survey on LGBTQ+ health needs. After responding, you’ll have the chance to enter a raffle for one of ten $50 gift cards! The PHMC Research & Evaluation Group has teamed up with Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center to administer this survey. Last week, PHMC and PHMC Health Network capped off National Health Center Week by hosting our final #PHMCDay of the summer at the PHMC Public Health Campus on Cedar.
