🔥Excited to share this highly customized piece of Inconel process equipment we recently shipped! -The component was constructed using RA 602 CA® alloy, a high-performance Inconel material providing exceptional oxidation resistance and strength. -For the internal components, RA330® alloy was utilized, a specialized material designed for high-temperature environments, offering superior corrosion and thermal resistance. -Due to its severe service all welds on this unit were also 100% X-ray inspected. -It takes an extremely talented craft team to execute a project like this with these specialty materials. -This achievement showcases our expertise in leveraging advanced materials like RA 602 CA® and RA330®in specialized process equipment to ensure our customer's facility can run longer and more efficiently. Check out one of our most recent projects, the final phase of rebuilding the wet end forming section of a paper mill. The installation encompasses 304 stainless steel framing, roll-out rails for cylinder moulds, couch roll and forming roll removal beam arrangements, and various ancillary equipment such as Uhle pipes and showers. The project also includes new pneumatic remote control panels for couch loading units, an electrical control panel for one of the formers, and extensive walkways, ladders, and stairs that seamlessly connect with existing structures. Careful attention is given to ensuring proper alignment and integration, with the inclusion of sole plates, leveling screws, and templates. This comprehensive upgrade is designed to improve efficiency and performance while maintaining compatibility with the mill's current setup, culminating in field installation and start-up support.

Take a behind-the-scenes look at our low NOx burner, built at our Honey Brook facility and utilized across the US. The LNx air register design represents a significant advancement in burner technology, enhancing both performance and emission control. Blow down tanks curing in our paint facility at R-V Industries, Inc. after getting an excellent paint job. Industrial painting is another one of our vertically integrated craft services. This high gloss finish really makes these tanks shine. These tanks will be installed in a local process plant as a part of a new safety system. #Celebrating50Years The two men, the "R" and the "V", that founded and led this company to become what it is today. A place that currently provides 355 people with opportunities to learn, grow, and provide for their families. Yesterday we culminated a week of celebrating 50 Years with a banquet at Shady Maple. We were thankful to have Ron and Vic, a host of other retirees, and our current team together to celebrate in one room! A special thank you to all of our employees for all you do. Thank you for the work you do that is seen and especially the little things that go unseen that make success a reality.
