Position: Dentist Join our esteemed client's modern, state-of-the-art dental practice equipped with cutting-edge technology like the Vatech CBCT Green X. Located on Abbot Rd, East Lansing 48823. Compensation: 30-35% of Collections with a minimum daily rate of $700. Example agreement: Minimum $650/day, annual salary of $169,000 (full-time). Work 4 days/week plus every other Friday. Opportunity: Progressive Stamping Production Leader Location: Livonia, Mi Note: We are hired by the client for their staffing needs. We don't charge the candidates; anybody hired directly performs for the client, not us. It's a direct hire. Qualifications: Mid-senior level experience (5 years minimum) in a manufacturing environment. Some college coursework completed. Experience in Progressive Stamping is essential. Strong leadership skills with a positive leadership style. Ability to coach and develop team members effectively. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards (AITF 16949, ISO 14001). Familiarity with tools and methodologies such as GD&T, blueprint reading, 8D, and Plex ERP (preferred). Experience in conducting Layered Process Audits (LPAs) and resolving non-conformances. Ability to support and comply with all company/safety standards and standard operating procedures.
