    📊Over the last twelve months, we've engaged over 10,000 learners globally. As a means of staying close to the experiences of learners, we’ve analyzed their feedback to gain key insights. Here are three observations worth sharing: 1️⃣ 26% of DEI leaders identify toxic culture as a major barrier (48 responses), while 23% point to leadership issues, affecting DEI efforts (42 responses). 2️⃣ 24% of HR leaders see burnout and wellness as top concerns, underscoring the need for better wellness programs (38 responses). 3️⃣ 79% of early career professionals feel unprepared for their careers, revealing gaps in skills and expectations (105 responses).
