The Pavilion includes an outdoor kitchen, lounge with a fireplace, skylights, and heaters for year-round use. The Assisted Living Dining Room opens to a patio, fostering an indoor-outdoor connection. Inspired by the Tulalip Tribe’s deep connection to the Salish Sea, the newly renovated 1,500 sq ft Salish Suite at Tulalip Resort Casino, embodies organic beauty and cultural significance. 🌊 From pebble-like terrazzo tiles to plush carpets, crisp linen-embossed walls, and a stunning feature wall of rich wood panels, every detail speaks to a modern Northwest aesthetic and cultural homage. Floor-to-ceiling windows form a stunning backdrop to the grouping of comfortable lounge seating adjacent to the fireplace. We’re proud to share RFM Associate, Jessica Archer-Rucshner, has completed her second-year volunteering with the ACE Mentor Program of America! ACE’s mission is to inspire high school students to explore careers in architecture, engineering, and construction through mentorship and ongoing support. Jessica’s dedication as a mentor has not only provided invaluable insights into the intricacies of architecture but also highlighted the importance of collaboration in our profession. She enjoyed sharing her career journey with students, who find inspiration in hearing about the path to becoming an architect. As a team leader, Jessica found the experience personally fulfilling and believes strongly in the impact of mentorship on young minds. Her commitment to teaching and guiding the next generation reflects her passion for fostering future leaders in our industry.
