Created by the General Assembly in 1973, RIHousing is a self-sustaining corporation and receives no state funding for operations.

Our CEO Carol Ventura joined Rep. Seth Magaziner, Coventry Housing Authority and other local elected officials and community members to cut the ribbon on eight affordable rental units in Coventry! Coventry Housing Associates did an incredible job rehabilitating two historic mill structures, creating new homes while preserving the integrity of the buildings. And this was another development that utilized critical State Fiscal Recovery Funds!
