CRGA Design is proud to announce the completion of the Children’s National Specialty Pharmacy in Silver Spring, MD! This 4,600 SF renovation transformed an office space into a cutting-edge retail and mail-order pharmacy.   A huge thank you to our amazing team—Silva Contracting, RMF Engineering, Inc., GPI / Greenman-Pedersen, Inc., Clearway Health, and the Children's National Hospital staff — for their expertise and collaboration on this project. Congratulations to the team on another significant milestone! RMF is pleased to be a part of this success, providing engineering design, to place these two new custom cooling towers on top of the new superstructure that sits over the existing plant. 

RMF is excited to collaborate with Garvin Design Group (Architecture, Interior Design, and Planning) on this training facility for Coastal Carolina University’s football team that will not only match but elevate the aesthetics of the university campus while serving as a symbol of growth and progress. Every detail has been meticulously planned for the benefit and comfort of many users to shape the future of CCU athletics! 

Furman University’s Lakeview Hall is ready to welcome the class of 2028 to their new home! The new 4-story co-ed residence hall is located on the south end of campus and completes Phase 1 of the South Housing Renovation project. This joint effort with McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture and Furman University offers students a vibrant hub with personal and social spaces designed to foster connections, growth, and memories to come. WOW, What conference! Rain or shine NCHEA knows how to put on a conference. RMF supported NCHEA as a Gold Sponsor and we hosted a wonderful happy hour with E4H, Edifice and StoreyPM. Great article on the #infrastructure enhancements Georgia Gwinnett College has been implementing over the past decade to make the campus more reliable and energy efficient. RMF Project Manager Vance Nall, PE, who is leading the infrastructure #engineering upgrades for the project, is cited:     “GGC’s investment in central cooling systems provides significant returns in reduced operating and maintenance costs. In addition to the energy efficiency, a district chilled water system provides a higher level of redundancy and provides flexibility for easy incorporation of future advancements in refrigeration technology.”
