Congratulations to Pea Medina on her recent promotion to Senior Community Manager! Pierina (aka "Pea") Medina is Northwoods Apartments' Senior Community Manager. Since April, Pea has been an integral part of our team, bringing with her a wealth of experience: over five years in real estate and more than 15 years in sales and marketing. Her extensive background in operations and team building, coupled with her creative flair, enables her to lead effectively and innovatively.   In her previous roles, Pea’s commitment to helping others was recognized when she received her company’s award for Corporate Social Impact and Responsibility, honoring her role as chair for her region. She is eager to bring this same passion and dedication to Rose Valley Cares.   As Senior Community Manager, Pea is responsible for overseeing daily operational needs across all facets of the business, including community relations, resident services, employee management, and ownership interests. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that the needs of the community, employees, and residents are met promptly and efficiently. Pea’s creativity and resilient approach contribute significantly to fostering a positive environment for both residents and her team.   Originally from Inwood, Pea has built her career and nurtured her creative talents and currently resides in Connecticut. She has also turned some of her hobbies, such as jewelry-making, into successful ventures. Outside of work, Pea is a dedicated mother to a teenage son and a proud plant enthusiast. She enjoys spending time on the water and is an active member of the Milford Manu’iwa Outrigger Canoe Paddling Club. Thank you so much to everyone who attended our incredible Leasing Summits!   Leasing Professionals from all RVM communities gathered for a Leasing deep-dive with Melissa Lefort. The all-day intensives brought together our incredible teams to empower, energize, and optimize!    Covering a broad range of topics and digging into the details, each group was able to work through example scenarios, shop the competition, walk the tour path, and so much more. In addition to covering the basics, team members received personalized feedback from their peers, and were able to workshop closing strategies and overcoming objections.   Thank you so much to everyone for your time and dedication, and happy Leasing season!

Prior to joining Rose Valley, Crystal worked across multiple states, assisting in multi-site training and performance. She honed her skillset with in-depth learning at all site level roles, from Leasing to Property Manager.
