The Royal Poinciana team had a fantastic time celebrating the end of the season 🎉 at Headpins Bowling Alley! 🎳 Between friendly bowling competitions, arcade games, great food, and exciting cash prizes, it was a memorable event filled with fun and camaraderie. We also acknowledged our Core Value Winners from the season and the crowing 👑 of one person at the party! Royal Poinciana Golf Club recently hosted its annual health fair on April 18th, featuring local vendors and offering employees stretching classes and chair massages, promoting physical well-being. Additionally, our Sous Chef Oscar showcased a cooking demonstration focused on easy to make granola bars. Beyond physical health, the fair featured financial wellness, with on-site experts from the Club's 401k advisor, Suncoast Credit Union, and Guardian providing insights on wills, trusts, and financial planning. Employees had the opportunity to assess their health through biometric screenings, gaining valuable insights into their body composition and receiving immediate feedback on cholesterol levels and blood pressure. Thank you to our vendors and employees for making this a successful event!

This past Valentines' Day, Royal Poinciana employees were surprised during their core-value meeting, as Build-A-Bear visited the club! Each employee created a personalized teddy bear for their loved one as the ballroom turned into a temporary Build-A-Bear workshop. It was a celebration of staff appreciation and the company's commitment to creating a positive workplace culture. 🐻💕
