I earned my Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Earl G Graves School of Business at Morgan State University in Baltimore Maryland As an international student, getting an MBA degree was a transformational life experience because it involved moving to a new country, immersing myself into American culture, and learning how to interact well with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds An MBA degree taught me strategy, critical thinking and analytical skills I needed to make intelligent decisions and manage an enterprise effectively The case studies and research papers taught me business and domain knowledge, the presentations gave me more confidence to speak in front of an audience of people, and the team assignments prepared me for the team interactions and dynamics that would help me excel in the workplace.
