"My mom was admitted following full knee replacement surgery. Her stay was 11 days. The facility itself is brightly lit and spotlessly clean. The hallways and all doorways are extremely open and accessible. Very important for us was there was no foul odors. No urine, bleach, or stale, dead air smell. Although the facility isn't new, it is so bright, clean and well maintained that it's age isn't apparent. *At 13 years old, it is still the newest facility in Clark County. The physical and occupational therapy are top notch. No other rehab facility has anything approaching the space and equipment available here. There is a large common area with one wall completely windowed and several small room for teaching specific skills like working in kitchen or bathroom. All of the equipment was clean and functional. The PT and OT staff were experienced, knowledgeable and caring. My mom is over 80, but the therapist worked hard with her and I believe that iswhy it only took eleven days before she was able to return home. The food was nutritious and the staff would cheerfully replace items that weren't appealing to her. I saved my highest praise for the staff. There was always plenty of skilled professionals at the nurses station and checking on her. Even when she.." says R on Google

"My experience with all of the kind, hard working professionals has been a blessing and most profound gift. Happiness and well being has always been a priority for my mother. I had the opportunity to see this first hand. Each and Every individual working at the Salmon Creek rehabilitation has gone over and beyond to make my Mom view her residency as home. There is no place like home, because of the beautiful, caring, hardworking staff, Salmon Creek is certainly a close second. There is no way I could ever convey my appreciation ! Seeing my Mom happy and smiling is without doubt worth more than all the riches in the world! From the administration to activity coordinators, “chefs”, CNA’s, Nurses, cleaning crew, Dr.s’.
