When farm-raised salmon and trout are harvested, have you ever wondered where all that blood goes? We upcycle this blood, which would otherwise need to be safely discarded during harvest, and we develop high quality proteins and reagents utilized in a variety of research applications. Our superior quality products are the result of 20+ years of research and development. We support sustainable healthy seafood production by partnering with responsible aquaculture companies to provide the scientific community with pure alternatives to traditionally used products and reagents. Salmonid plasma proteins are humanely sourced, naturally free of mammalian viruses and prions, and perform as well or better than mammalian- or bovine-sourced versions. These superior qualities make Salmonics products ideal for use in a variety of research applications in regenerative medicine, pain studies, and more.
