About the SAME NYC Post 84th Annual Dinner Dance 2024 (DD24) Since its inception in 1955, the New York City Post Scholarship Fund has provided more than $6 million in scholarships to nearly 6,000 engineering and architecture students. The annual Fletcher H. “Bud” Griffis Scholarship Fund Dinner Dance benefits the SAME NY Post Scholarship Fund and enables the program to continue to make a difference for youth in our profession. Last year, due to our donors’ generous giving, we distributed more than 210 scholarships to students from 75 colleges and universities throughout the U.S. – investing in the education and training of aspiring architects and engineers eager to shape our built environment for generations to come.

We honor the memory of our friend and colleague Heather Morgan (1977-2021) with the third annual Heather M. Morgan Climate Risk Adaptation Lecture featuring Laurian Farrell at the Waterfront Alliance's #WaterfrontConference at the Museum of Jewish Heritage – A Living Memorial to the Holocaust in Battery Park City, a place near and dear to Heather's heart.
