serviceMob, Inc. is a startup based in Southern California with a mission to fix the many inefficiencies in how consumers access and interact with companies when they need customer service. serviceMob began at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where it was accepted into the StartMIT accelerator and was a winner of the Funding Board Award from the MIT Sandbox Innovation program. In 2019, serviceMob was admitted into the prestigious, Santa Monica-based startup accelerator, MuckerLab. Now serviceMob is ranked amongst the elite startups out of MIT by being inducted into the MIT STEX25, which is the top 25 MIT startups that show great early traction and industry readiness. Our goal is to reduce the friction consumers encounter when engaging enterprises for service and support. Through our proprietary solution, we utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning to improve the ability that operators, VPs of Customer Service, and front-line agents have to improve performance and deliver better service to customers. serviceMob's roots run deep in customer experience, with over 30 years of experience in customer analytics, customer experience strategy, and end-to-end consumer/brand strategy, we are here to help revolutionize how our clients engage their customers.
